The Friends of Waupaca Parks Board is a group of local volunteers who appreciate our parks and green spaces and want to keep them in great shape. By working closely with the City's Parks and Recreation Department, we help maintain the trails, playgrounds, and natural areas that make Waupaca a special place to live. Whether it's through hands-on work or financial support, our goal is to make sure these spaces stay beautiful and accessible for everyone in the community to enjoy today and years from now.

Our mission is simple: we protect and improve our local resources through community spirit and hard work. We focus on raising money for park upgrades, organizing volunteer projects like tree planting or trail cleanup, and spreading the word about why our parks matter. Essentially, we are neighbors helping neighbors by taking care of the outdoor spaces we all share.
